It is with great sadness that we announce to the members of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church the passing of Presiding Elder Emeritus, Rev. O’Neal Shyne, Sr. on Tuesday, November 19, 2013.  Elder Shyne was a former member of the Judicial Council of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church and Presiding Elder Emeritus of the Cincinnati-Dayton-Indianapolis District of the Ohio-Central Indiana Region of the Second Episcopal District.  Arrangements are as follows:
