It is with regret that we announce the passing of Mr. James Waugh, husband of Rev. Ulyee Waugh of the Florida Region and father of Rev. Mark J. Hill, pastor of Cleaves Memorial CME Church in Denver, Colorado, Kansas-Missouri Region.
